This is just a fun quick project I did with my youngest daughter, when she was 3 years old. I think it would look really pretty on paper too. You add lots of glue dots (just using Elmers glue) and let the child pick and choose from a bunch of pre-cut felt shapes...and stick them on. Their hand might get a little glue on them, but it's a pretty fun project with not too much mess. : )
